Access tiers:
Customer — browse, order, and track deliveries as a guest, no account required
Merchant — restaurant partners manage their own menu and incoming orders
Driver — delivery partners view and update assigned deliveries only
Admin — platform operations: order oversight, manual driver assignment, dispute handling
Data basis and honesty notice: Restaurant and menu data in this build are operator-entered and only as complete as what each restaurant has added. This is a v1 prototype: driver dispatch is manual (no automated matching), and there is no restaurant/driver self-service approval workflow yet — onboarding is handled directly by the platform operator. Order and delivery data are stored only for as long as needed to fulfil and support each order, then purged — see the notice shown at checkout for specifics.
